Meet the Team

Brian and the late Pete Crowhurst founded Crowhurst Gale Estate Agents on the 1st October 1991. Having worked in the Financial Services industry throughout his career, Brian came to work in our Bilton office in 2004 to establish and promote Crowhurst Gale Mortgage & Financials Services Company.

On the 1st December 2023, Brian’s business has been sold to Paul Reynolds of Panda Mortgages Services and Paul will be responsible for all client transactions from this date.

Brian will still be involved in a limited capacity ensuring a positive transition of existing clients to Panda Mortgage Services. He compares Paul to a younger version of himself, with a strong work ethic and tireless focus on delivering the very best outcomes for his clients.

Brian will remain as a Director of Crowhurst Gale Estate Agents Limited and also Crowhurst Gale Property Lettings Limited ongoing.

John was born and raised in Rugby and has worked within the local market of this exciting customer facing industry since 1996. John has unique and extensive market knowledge of the local region, which greatly assists clients when moving to the area. He has considerable experience in many different areas of estate agency, which include the valuing, and selling of all types of residential property and development land in the local area. John is a committed and pro-active person who believes in offering realistic advice and tailored cost effective marketing campaigns alongside unrivaled customer service. “I believe that every client deserves a first class service that is tailored to their specific requirements and I welcome the opportunity to demonstrate Crowhurst Gale’s unique client focused services.”

I began my career as an estate agent in 1996 for a corporate estate agent, which was a great starting point where I gained great knowledge of the industry. Since then I have worked for other independent agents within the Rugby town and out of the area, where my knowledge and skills have grown.

I pride myself on the knowledge I have of the area as I was born and raised in Rugby. Customer service is paramount to me, I consider myself to be very positive, enthusiastic and self-motivated person.

I chose to work for Crowhurst Gale as I believe they are passionate about selling houses, professional with that personal touch and traditional values.

I was born in Ireland with a passion for property, having completed my qualification for Estate Agency in Ireland I made the decision to cross the seas to the UK.

I enjoy meeting new people and getting to know their stories, I bring a breath of fresh air to the estate agency scene. Hardworking, dedicated, and enthusiastic.

I combine my passion for property with a friendly down-to-earth approach, and I am ready to bring a bit of Irish charm to the UK Estate Agency scene.

I have worked within the property industry for over 15 years so recognise the importance of giving professional, honest and expert advice. Attention to detail is key, whether that be in the terms and conditions of the tenancy agreement, or in the condition and presentation of the property. I am a member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents and have gained an industry award in Residential Letting & Property Management, so clients can be assured that they are receiving the most accurate and up-to-date advice. I take great pride in being able to establish the Lettings Department at Crowhurst Gale, knowing their reputation and longevity within Bilton, Rugby and surrounding areas is second to none.

I have lived in Rugby all my life and attended Avon Valley school. I then went on to achieve my A-levels and began my first job which was in retail. However, I have always wanted to pursue a property career and have recently began my journey as a trainee lettings coordinator.

I deal with incoming enquiries and tenancy paperwork. Having worked in retail, I have gained great customer service skills and a strong work ethic.

I chose to work for Crowhurst Gale as I'm aware of their high reputation, excellent customer service, passion for selling and letting properties and friendly team.
